02 Dec Thank You for Walking This Journey With Me: A Year-End Reflection
As we come to the close of another year, I’ve been reflecting on the people I’ve had the privilege to walk beside – clients, colleagues, and friends who have faced incredible change with strength, honesty, and grace.
This year has asked a lot of all of us.
Many of you have navigated layoffs, career changes, new beginnings, and deep questions about what’s next. You’ve faced uncertainty and, at times, grief over what was lost. And yet – you’ve continued to show up.
You’ve rewritten stories that once felt finished.
You’ve taken small, brave steps toward alignment and purpose.
And you’ve reminded me, again and again, why I do this work.
Whether we’ve met one-on-one, exchanged messages, or you’ve simply read these blogs quietly in your own time, please know this: your courage matters. Your effort matters. Your presence matters.
You’ve taught me that transformation doesn’t always look bold or fast.
Sometimes, it looks like giving yourself permission to rest.
Sometimes, it looks like sending one more application or scheduling one more conversation.
Sometimes, it looks like simply saying, “I’m not giving up yet.”
And that is enough.
As I look ahead to a new year, I am filled with gratitude – for every conversation, every insight, every small victory shared. The Transitions Coaching Services community has become a space of compassion, reflection, and real growth, and I am deeply honored to be part of it.
Today, I simply want to say: thank you.
Thank you for trusting me.Thank you for showing up for yourself.
And thank you for allowing me to walk this journey with you.
Wishing you a peaceful, restorative holiday season – one filled with warmth, gratitude, and the quiet confidence that you’re right where you need to be.
Warmly,
Sheila
P.S. If you are a current or former client and would like to schedule a 20-minute check-in at the end of the year or at the start of the new year, you can do so right here.
